As a special service "SfR Fresh" has tried to format the requested source page into HTML format using source code syntax highlighting with prefixed line numbers. Alternatively you can here view or download the uninterpreted source code file. That can be also achieved for any archive member file by clicking within an archive contents listing on the first character of the file(path) respectively on the according byte size field.

    5 You must put the edkmdb.h header file from the Microsoft Exchange 
    6 Server SDK into this directory. I don't know if I can legally 
    7 re-distribute this file, so please get the latest version from 
    8 the Exchange SDK yourself.

   11 distributed with the August 2004 Exchange 2000 Server Post-Service 
   12 Pack 3 Update Rollup. Please get the rollup from:
